Labs, insurance & payment
You visit a physical Quest Diagnostics location for your blood draw — your provider sends the lab order there electronically ahead of time, since we’re a virtual telehealth practice:
1. Book at Quest — find a location and time at questdiagnostics.com; many are inside local Publix or Walmart stores.
2. Bring your ID and insurance card — a photo ID plus your physical insurance card, if you have one.
3. Understand the costs — we never bill you for labs. Quest charges a small draw fee on-site (around $15–$25) and bills your insurance for the tests; without insurance you pay Quest’s discounted cash price. More on costs.
