Not as an ongoing primary care provider. Abundant Life Healthcare is a Florida telehealth-only practice, and it does not offer primary care or chronic disease management. What it does offer is Adult Preventive Bridge Wellness: temporary, short-term, stabilizing care by secure video that keeps you well while you secure a local, trusted primary care provider.

It helps you understand which screenings, lifestyle habits and health decisions matter most right now based on your age, risks and goals, and then helps you take the next step toward a long-term provider.
What the bridge visit includes
Your medical history is reviewed before the appointment, so the visit starts with a clear picture of your background.
If needed, the Evexia Diagnostics Screening Panel (CBC, CMP, Hemoglobin A1C, Lipid Panel, TSH) is ordered: $34 or $51 out of pocket, plus a $10 LabCorp Lab Draw Fee.
A follow-up Comprehensive Wellness Laboratory Consultation is scheduled for 5 days after your labs are drawn.
First line management begins if indicated, giving you time to secure an appointment with a local, trusted primary care provider for chronic care management.
You can also choose to have the practice manage your preventive bridge wellness biweekly for one month or biweekly for three months. Full details are on the wellness programs page.

Can you manage my chronic conditions long term?
No. When indicated, first line management can begin so you have time to secure an appointment with a local, trusted primary care provider for chronic care management. You can choose biweekly bridge visits for one month or for three months.
What if I need care for a new symptom today?
For a non-emergency symptom, a telehealth urgent care visit is available at $45 for one complaint or $75 for two complaints. For any symptoms that may be life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
